The Editorial Team at Eurasia Specialized Veterinary Publication is made up of qualified experts in veterinary medicine and related fields, each bringing subject-specific knowledge to the table. Together, they oversee the peer-review process and help ensure that everything we publish meets a high standard of scholarly quality across all of our journals.
How Editors Are Appointed
We appoint editors based on their academic qualifications, their expertise in areas relevant to the journal's scope, their publication history, and their demonstrated ability to carry out editorial responsibilities effectively. Selection is based purely on professional merit. Nationality, gender, religion, ethnicity, and other personal characteristics play no role in the selection process.
What Editors Are Responsible For
Editors are tasked with evaluating submitted manuscripts on the basis of scholarly quality, originality, and relevance to the field. Every editorial decision must rest on objective, evidence-based assessment, carried out in line with recognized publication ethics standards.
Editors must not:
Show bias based on an author's geographic location, institutional affiliation, or personal background
Engage in any form of discrimination that has nothing to do with academic merit
Request or influence the citation of irrelevant or non-scholarly sources, including inappropriate self-citation
Editors are required to:
Keep all submitted manuscripts and related materials strictly confidential
Disclose any conflicts of interest, in keeping with journal policy
Deliver assessments that are objective, constructive, and genuinely useful to authors
Provide clear, well-justified feedback whenever revisions are needed
The Editorial Review Process
Manuscripts submitted by an editor go through the same rigorous process as any other submission; they're independently reviewed by at least two external reviewers with no conflicting interests. Editors are expected to respond thoughtfully to reviewer feedback and make sure revised manuscripts fully meet peer-review standards before a final editorial decision is made.

Eurasia Specialized Veterinary Publication welcomes applications from active, qualified researchers and veterinary professionals around the world who are interested in joining the Editorial Boards of our journals as honorary members. Editorial Board members play a meaningful role contributing their expertise to editorial decisions, supporting the peer-review process, and helping guide the academic direction of the journal.
